Kate Walker - Professional Experience:  With my extensive experience gained at Barclays Bank PLC, I first  began to specialise in recruitment and training over 10 years ago, before starting my own business in 2008. As a highly driven and quality conscious Assessor, Trainer and Coach, I have a proven track record in hiring, training and developing successful key Business Leaders. More recently I am specialising in providing professional outplacement programmes to clients hit by the recession. Regarded as subject matter expert in my field, I absolutely deliver on everything I commit to and operate with the highest standards of integrity.  

 

Kate Walker - Education: I am a Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) with a Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP), attained with Distinction. Qualified and experienced user of SHL Psychometric  instruments Level A & B, BPS accredited.  Certificate in Personal Coaching.   

 

Kate Walker - Interests: You will find me keeping fit - mainly through running, spinning and strength training. I also love travel, film and theatre.
